Five Star Service

Gentlemen,

I had a service experience the other day and I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was. I had been in your dealership the prior day to have my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced. I was in and out quickly and on my way to complete other errands. The next morning, I went out to start my vehicle and it made a terrible sound and would not start. I tried several times and then called the dealership. I spoke with Richard Hunter, who quickly identified the issue (the battery) and explained my options (jumpstarting the vehicle or Chrysler Roadside Assistance). He told me if I could get it there that morning, he would be able to take care of the problem. Since I never would have diagnosed the issue as the battery, I was curious to see if jumpstarting the vehicle would prove successful. I conncected the cables and the vehicle turned over on the first attempt. I drove it directly to the dealership, spoke with Richard, who promptly assigned a technician to my vehicle. The technician tested the battery and changed it out in 10 minutes and I was on my way again.

I just thought I would let you know that I was thoroughly impressed with your Service Advisor, Richard and your entire organization. Customer service still means a great deal in a world cluttered by competition, empty promises and overused slogans. Thanks again.
